Bringing joy one bite at a time...
From the moment I was born until the day my father passed away in 2010 I can only remember him calling me QT Pie! As I grew into my name I became curious about it. As many times as I would ask him where did QT Pie come from, he never hesitated to tell me, "when you were born I asked the nurse how you looked and she said to me, she's beautiful! So when I saw you for the first time I said, she's my QT Pie!"
As I continued my journey in life I started to venture into ideas of creating my own business. So, I baked and bought frosting, lollipop sticks, ribbon, sprinkles, etc. As the endless possibilities flowed over me I made cake pops in the shape of eggs, cupcakes, ice cream cones of all colors with colorful sparkle sprinkles! I wanted something catchy, unique, and playful that would put a smile on the face of everyone who tasted them. Aha!! Lets call them QT Bites!!! Who would have known that my dad left me a legacy with only his nickname for me! With the support of my wonderful husband and beautiful daughter we were able to come together and spread my joy one bite at a time!
